A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Russell Demmon has been a practicing veterinarian since 1990. He is experienced in both large and small animal veterinary medicine. The first 13 years of his career were spent in a mixed animal practice caring for animals both large and small. Now he proudly runs his own veterinary clinic, established December 1st, 2003, caring for small animals, mainly dogs and cats. In his spare time, Dr. Demmon is active in the outdoors and spends as much time as possible with his family. Dr. Demmon's wife Mary is a stay at home mom and part-time teacher's aide in the Kewaskum School District.  She is a very active volunteer in various church and school activities. Dr. Demmon has two children, Kaitlin and Hunter. Kaitlin works as a veterinary assistant at Tillie Lake Veterinary Clinic and is enrolled in a Veterinary Technician program.  Hunter is  active in sports especially baseball and bowling. He will graduate from Kewaskum High school in 2015.

Linda has been serving as a competent veterinary technician since 1993 and now has the added responsibility of office manager since the clinic opened Dec. 2003. Linda and her Husband Jeff were married in 2010. She has three children. Christine and her husband Don and their two children Logan and Macy. Eric and his wife Lynn,  Nick and his daughter Brynn.  Linda and Jeff enjoy spending time with family, gardening, canning, and hiking. Linda also enjoys Crossfit. They have a Miniature Schnauzer Mayva.

Jill has been working in the animal health care field since 2000. She joined the Tillie Lake family in 2009. Jill lives on an 11 acre farm with her husband Nathan along with 4 horses, numerous cats, rabbits, poultry and several dachshunds. She has been breeding, showing and training Dachshunds on a national level for over 25 years. Jill and Nathan have three children. Allison and her husband Derek live in Minnesota.  Adam and his wife Kacie live in Appleton and have a daughter Riley born March 2014.  Zach is attending UW-WC. In her spare time Jill enjoys riding her horses, hiking, boating and spending time with family and friends.

Kaitlin has been working in the veterinary profession for over two years now. She enjoys learning new skills in this field and is enrolled in a Veterinary Technician program. She enjoys spending time outdoors especially out on the lake. She has a Labrador Retriever named Bentlee and recently began raising chickens. Also her family has a Labrador Retriever named Parker and a cat named Tabby.

Katie graduated from UW Oshkosh in 2008 with a bachelors degree in Biology. She became Certified Veterinary Technician in 2010. Katie enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and daughter Alayna April 2011 and son Brogan born August 2013. Her family is involved in many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and running. They share their home with two cats Jack and Margie.

Pat has been showing, training and breeding Golden Retrievers for 25+ years. She and her husband Mark having been living on a small hobby farm in the Allenton area since 1978, where they raised their 3 children. Melissa, Tim her husband and granddaughter Emma live in Appleton.. Jason lives near West Bend. Nate and his wife Becky live in suburban Chicago.  Mark and Pat have a small herd of registered Angus and maine-anjou cattle in addition to the goldens. They also have 3 cats and a chicken. Pats hobbies are showing dogs, training conformation classes, and volunteering as a leader for the county dog project.

Christina has been working in the veterinary profession since October 2013. She graduated from Globe University in Appleton in March 2014, and has been a Certified Veterinary Technician since July 2014. Her home consists of her husband Kyle and step daughter Bradi. As well as two cats, Squeakers and Sneakers, a Yorkshire Terrier Cabella, a Lionhead Rabbit Elvis Parsley and 2 fish Angel and Sprinkles.
